Shipping Policy
Every Pixel Bruja piece is made to order — we print only what's been sold. That means total time from checkout to your door has two parts: production plus shipping.
Production time
Production begins within 24 hours of your order and typically takes 2-7 business days before your item ships.
Posters: usually 2-4 business days
Apparel (tees, hoodies, tumblers): usually 3-7 business days
Peak season (October-December and around Día de los Muertos) may run a day or two longer.
Shipping time (after production)
United States
Standard shipping: 3-5 business days after production
Most orders arrive within 5-10 business days total from order placement
Canada
6-10 business days after production
Total: usually 8-17 business days
United Kingdom, EU, and Australia
7-15 business days after production
Total: usually 10-22 business days
Rest of world
10-21 business days after production
Total: usually 15-30 business days
International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, which are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the order total.
Tracking
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order leaves the print facility. Some international carriers update tracking less frequently than US carriers — please allow a few days between updates before assuming a delay.
Shipping costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination and product weight. We work with our print partners to keep shipping as affordable as we can while still using carriers that actually deliver on time.
Where we ship
We currently ship to most countries served by our print partners (Printify), including: United States, Canada, United Kingdom, European Union, Australia, New Zealand, and select countries in Asia, South America, and Africa. If your country isn't available at checkout, please reach out — we may be able to find a way.
Delays and lost packages
If your order is significantly delayed or shows as delivered but you haven't received it:
Wait 2-3 business days (occasional carrier scan errors clear themselves up)
Check with neighbors and your local post office
Email cynthiawalpole@gmail.com with your order number — we'll open an investigation with the carrier and, if needed, reprint and reship at no cost
We handle lost-in-transit issues case by case, generously.
