Refund & Return Policy

Pixel Bruja is a small, independent Latina-owned art studio. Every poster, tee, and tumbler is printed to order just for you — nothing sits on a shelf. That keeps our shop sustainable and our prices fair, and it shapes how returns work below.

The short version

  • Damaged, defective, or wrong items: free replacement or full refund. No need to return the original. Just send us a photo within 30 days of delivery.
  • Buyer's remorse / changed your mind: because every item is custom-printed for you, we cannot accept generic returns or exchanges. Please review your size, color, and shipping address carefully before checkout.
  • Lost in transit: if your tracking shows delivered but the package never arrived, contact us within 14 days and we'll work with the carrier and reprint if needed.

Damaged or defective items

If your order arrives with a printing defect, damage in transit, or a manufacturing flaw:

  1. Email us at cynthiawalpole@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery.
  2. Include your order number and clear photos of:
    • The damaged item
    • The shipping packaging (if damaged)
  3. We'll send a replacement at no cost — or, if you'd prefer, a full refund to your original payment method.

You do not need to return the damaged item. Keep it, recycle it, or pass it on.

Wrong item or wrong size

If we ship the wrong design or size, we'll reprint and reship correctly at no charge. Email us within 30 days with your order number and a photo.

Cancellations

Because production begins quickly, orders can only be canceled within 2 hours of being placed. Email us right away if you need to cancel.

Address changes

If you entered the wrong shipping address, email us within 2 hours of placing the order and we'll do our best to update it before production begins. After that, we may be unable to redirect the package.

Return shipping

In the rare case a return is requested and approved, return shipping is at the customer's expense unless the issue is our fault (damaged, defective, or wrong item).

Refund processing

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days of approval.
